THE CORE PROBLEM
"We keep creating from thinking, and get a world the ego mind thinks about."
The ego judges, labels, interprets, and reacts based on past experience, conditioning, and fear. Most of our “thinking” is recycled memory, not divine inspiration.
When fear dominates the mental field, we unconsciously broadcast and create more of what we fear. We reinforce it in our language, emotions, expectations, and behaviors. This is why your insight is so essential:
Our judging and assessing based on what we think we know is costing us the life we would consciously choose.
HOW DO WE STOP CREATING WHAT WE DON'T WANT?
Here’s a process you can teach and practice yourself, with a lightness and compassion that invites healing—not judgment.
1. Catch the Loop
Name it gently when you're caught:
“Ah, this is fear-based thinking.”
“This is my ego rehearsing suffering.”
“This is a judgment creating limitation.”
Practice: Say softly in your mind:
“I release this story. I release this fear. I choose to see with new eyes.”
2. Shift to Presence
Fear lives in past/future. Presence dissolves it.
Practice:
1. Place hand on heart.
2. Take 3 deep breaths.
3. Whisper inwardly:
“I am safe. I am here. I am choosing again.”
3. Speak the Frequency You Want
Speak not to describe what is, but to declare what you choose to become.
“I see peace.”
“I am guided.”
“I choose love now.”
“I align with the field of truth and beauty.”
These are frequency-shifting phrases. They don’t just affirm; they re-tune your field.
4. Contribute to the Collective Light
This is big. Every time you choose peace, love, forgiveness, or gratitude even silently you uplift the field. Your consciousness becomes medicine.
Practice: Ho’oponopono – “I Love You. I am Sorry. Please Forgive Me. Thank You.”
Think and project a thought. “May all Beings be Free from fear”
You don’t have to fight the system. You shift the grid from within. After all, that is all you can do is sift and steer your own thoughts.
5. Stop Reporting the Ego’s News
Instead of saying “Look how bad things are,” try saying:
“This is the breakdown before the breakthrough.”
“I trust a greater light is emerging.”
The ego narrates suffering to maintain identity. Choosing to tell a higher story isn’t denial, it’s re-alignment.
TEACHING OTHERS
Here’s how you can share these ideas simply:
Model It. Let others feel your peace when they are anxious.
Name It Lovingly. Say: “It sounds like fear talking - what would love say?”
Create Community. A group repeating high-vibration thoughts daily, weekly, or on Zoom transforms the field.
Offer Tools. Teach Ho’oponopono, gratitude journaling, or “State of Being” declarations.
Use Humor and Lightness. The ego shrinks when laughed at with love.
THE QUICK RESET PRACTICE
When you feel fear or judgment, stop and say:
“I see this fear. I love this fear. I release this fear.”
“I choose love instead. I remember who I am.”
“I AM in the Upper Room.”
ONE FINAL TRUTH
The only thing ever being asked of you is this:
Will you align with fear or love in this moment?
Everything flows from that choice.
And the more of us who choose love, even silently, even alone, the more powerful the ripple becomes.
