Through meditation, breathwork, hypnosis, and practices like Ho'oponopono, you will discover tools to quiet the noise of the ego and access the infinite wisdom and peace within. You’ll be guided to uncover and transform limiting beliefs, choose love over fear, and consciously create a life that reflects your truest desires.

Morning Routine (Start Your Day in the Light) 60–90 min
1. Awakening in Gratitude (5 min)
Before getting out of bed:

Say aloud or silently:

“Thank you, thank you, thank you. I am grateful for this day.  I choose to live it consciously, with love, presence, and joy.”

Smile. Breathe deeply 3 times with your hand on your heart.

2. Super Conscious Meditation (20–30 min)
Sit comfortably.

Begin with Ho’oponopono mantra silently or aloud for a few minutes:

“I love you. I’m sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you.”

Call in your Super Conscious:

“Super Conscious, guide this meditation. Align me with my highest self. Release old programming. Bring clarity, love, and healing.”

"Super Conscious please take me to Peace, Deep, and High.  Thank you."

Focus on your breath, allow any intuitive guidance, and end in stillness.

3. Breathwork Activation (10–15 min)
Deep mouth breathing (in-out continuously).

Do 3 rounds of 30–40 breaths with a breath hold at the end.

Option: Add short affirmations like:

“I am alive.”

“I am clear.”

“I am light.”

4. Affirmation & Life Scripting (10 min)
Read your daily script out loud with emotion and energy.

Read your personal affirmations:

“I am vibrantly healthy.”

“I am a successful”

“I raise the vibration of all I encounter.”

End with:

“Today, I choose love over fear. I choose to be the light.”

5. Movement / Exercise (15–30 min)
Choose one or mix:

Qi Gong or Tai Chi

Yoga (sun salutations)

Walk outdoors mindfully

Strength training / Rebounding

While moving, practice:

Ho’oponopono

Gratitude: “Thank you for my strong body.”

Conscious awareness of each step/breath

Midday Check-In (5–10 min)
Take 3–5 conscious breaths.

Say:

“How am I showing up? Am I in fear or love?”
“I return to presence now.”

Quick Ho’oponopono round

Re-affirm:

“I am the creator of my experience. I choose peace.”

Evening Routine (Reflect and Recalibrate) 30–45 min
1. Wind-Down Meditation or Hypnosis (15–20 min)
Use a guided Super Conscious Hypnosis or quiet meditation.

Focus on:

Releasing the day

Healing the subconscious

Sending love to all

Asking the Super Conscious to work during sleep

2. Journaling & Reflection (10–15 min)
Reflect on:

Wins and synchronicities

What emotions came up

What patterns you’re noticing

Journal prompt ideas:

“Today, I am proud of…”

“What limiting thought did I shift today?”

“Where did I practice presence and love?”

3. Gratitude & Future Creation (5–10 min)
Write or speak aloud:

3 things you’re grateful for today

3 things you’re calling in (as if already done)

Example:

“Thank you for the abundance flowing to me. Thank you for the lives touched through my work. Thank you for divine health and peace.”

All-Day Practices (Weave Into Life)
Ho’oponopono: Anytime tension arises in yourself or others.

Energy Field Awareness: Regularly ask, “What energy am I radiating now?”

Service & Kindness: Smile, compliment, uplift others. This multiplies your field.

Truth Reminder: “I am not this body. I am infinite spirit experiencing form.”

Humor Breaks: Laugh intentionally — watch or listen to something uplifting.

Music: Play high-vibration or inspiring music as background.
